November Healthy Intel Back

In this edition, we talk about the trend of following a 'to-don't' list and is it worth the hype.  A 'to-don't' list is basically a list of tasks, which you need to completely avoid during the day.

Instead of working on a to-do list, try a to-don't list to declutter and focus on the things that are important.

It focuses on activities, which don't work in your favour (for example watching too much television or spending hours on social media). The idea behind this reverse trend is to identify habits that are affecting you, your health or your productivity, and then create strategies to rectify them.

We also provide you with quick and easy steps on how to create a to-don't list for yourself.

Creating a list and setting a goal is not enough, keeping up with the targets can be a bigger challenge. It's easy to slip into old habits as you try to change. We also guide you on how can you manage and adhere to your goals once you have created a list. Be kind to yourself and aim for consistency.

In the recipe section, try a refreshing Greek style watermelon and tomato salad to be served on those hot sweltering summer days.
